Welcome to Shop Premium Gifts ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Our products
We sell made-to-order gifts, including message-card jewelry, apparel, and personalized items. Because most products are produced after you order — many with a name or message you provide — please review product details, spelling, and personalization entries carefully before checkout. We produce personalized items exactly as entered.

2. Orders and payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected.

3. Production and shipping
Made-to-order products require production time before shipping; the estimated delivery window shown at checkout includes it. We offer free US shipping on orders of $35 or more (after discounts). Delivery estimates are provided by our production and shipping partners and are not guarantees.
